A major part of our business at Petragraz & Associates. is the electronic-accounting consulting services we render to our clients. This includes:
- designing an appropriate accounting system that suites the particular client’s operation, aware of the fact that no two businesses are exacting alike;
- implementing such systems as designed and seeing it work by carrying our test run using life data;
- Recommendation and implementation of an accounting package (computerized accounting package) that will suite the clients’ peculiar type of business.
- Training the staff of the Accounts department of the client company to ensure they understand and properly implement the new system.
- Documentation the system in an Accounting Systems Manual (ASM) for the usage of the client staff especially those that will be employed after the implementation.
- Paying regular visits to clients to ensure that there are no hitches in the implementation of the system introduced.
